Aggregate Data File Request

Anthology is refining its product strategy to deliver a more simplified and streamlined portfolio that provides the greatest value to our customers. As part of this effort, we have made the option to generate Aggregate Data File (ADF) reports directly within Evaluate, making it more convenient for clients to generate, access, and store their ADF files.

This functionality will be available across all Evaluate client sites beginning Monday, January 12, 2026. The ADF report can be found under the Reports Tab > IDEA: Aggregate Reports. For additional information go to the Evaluate release notes: Release Notes

The option to request ADF reports from this page will no longer be available and will be fully retired on January 31, 2026.

Request Form

Please complete the form below to request an Aggregate Data file. You will need to specify your contact information along with the period (date range) for the data you wish to receive.

If you are the On-Campus Coordinator (OCC), this will be processed quickly and you will receive an email when the request has been processed. If you are not the OCC, IDEA Staff will be in touch with the OCC to verify the details of this request.

Step 2 - What surveys should be included?

Survey Dates

Select the start date and end date for surveys to include in the aggregate data file. Surveys starting on or after the start date will be included as will surveys ending on or before the end date. To ensure that your ADF includes survey data from all surveys in your desired time period, please consider adding one day to the survey end date. Keep in mind that all surveys must be closed before you can request a data file. You cannot select a date that is in the future.
